Clink clink! It’s the Muddy Awards drinks!
Check out all of the pictures, the fun and the smiles! Well done to everyone...2019 rocked!
You did it, they did it, we all did it! We all voted for our favourite local businesses in Wilts and Glos and after a fierce competition, it was time to celebrate. Cue the cocktails! Our 2019 Wiltshire and Gloucestershire Muddy Stilettos Awards winners gathered together for an afternoon of celebration in Malmesbury this week.
Our fab venue was The Old Bell Hotel, England’s oldest hotel (now there’s a USP), which sits snuggly next to an ancient Abbey (home to the tomb of King Athelstan, first king of England) in the heart of historic Malmesbury. Recently restored to the height of English charm, like Cinderella, it now has its glad rags on and is ready to go to the ball, with fantastic food, lovely rooms with some funky touches, and a few resident ghosts on site.
Our impressive turnout of worthy winners were treated to oodles of champagne, fruit punch and the most gorgeous home made cakes – sadly none left over for me to snaffle off home with. And a massive thank you goes to Tash Lee-Jones of The Little Photo Company for taking all of these gorgeous photos, and a very worthy winner of Best Photographer in Wiltshire! Check out her fab Insta page.
Once again, thank you to the team at The Old Bell Hotel for having us and for helping Muddy give out those well-earned certificates.
But for now over and out you lovely Muddy lot. Until next year!
Joanna & Sarah xx
