It’s festival season. WOMAD here we come!

WIN a pair of WEEKEND tickets to this fab World of Music, Arts and Dance festival!

It’s competition time! WOMAD hits the mean streets (sorry, green fields) of Charlton Park, Malmesbury, 27-30 July, and we just happen to have our mitts on two free tickets to give away.  Are you feeling lucky?

In the warm blur of the festival season, this celebration of international music, arts and dance still stands out. Check out acts including Ladysmith Black Mambazo, listen to Benjamin Zephaniah’s tomes and take a World Rhythm’s workshop, then ditch the worthy stuff and join Steven Moffatt (of Sherlock fame) chatting about Dr Who, check out Matthew Bourne’s new ballet and stuff your face with the Hairy Bikers. Not literally, mind.

WOMAD, the world’s Festival, is a feast of culture. From discovering the best music you never heard from all over the world, there’s plenty more to immerse yourself in throughout the weekend. From colliding thoughts and ideas in the Physics Pavilions, to relaxing in luxury at the WOMAD Spa. From feeding your mind on literacy talks, inspiring stories and poetry in the World of Words, to climbing trees, kids yoga and getting creative in themes of Earth, Fire, Water and Air in the World of Children. Not to mention, the delicious smells and sounds coming from Taste the World stage, sponsored by Yalumba Wines to make your taste buds tingle all weekend!

Want to win a pair of weekend tickets to WOMAD (worth £175 each)?  Sure thing!

It’s easy peasy. There are four ways – and the more ways you enter, the greater your chance of winning.
1. Sign up to the newsletter (this step is compulsory to enter). You’ll be asked to confirm your entry into the competition – please be aware you might find this confirmation request in your JUNK folder so please dig it out!

If you’re signed up to the newsletter already, you will need to sign up again here to enter – don’t worry, you won’t get two sets of newsletters. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time.

2, 3, and 4. Be sociable and follow, comment and share on the Muddy FBInstagram and twitter. I’m just as daft on social as I am on the blog! (is this is a good or a bad thing? Hmm….)

GOOD LUCK EVERYONE – I’ll be pulling a name out at random at midday on Tues 11 July.  This is an amazing deal, Mudsters, so get signing!

My friend is going who has lived in NZ for the past 15 years and so it would be an amazing opportunity to hear great music and catch up with an old friend. Got everything crossed!

I have never been to WOMAD but it is definitely one I would love to experience and I unfortunately have no festivals this year due to money so it would be amazing to win.

Love womad and go every year. Can hear it from my bedroom window but sadly don’t get cheaper residential tickets as we are the wrong postcode. So we have to pay full fees. Would love to
Win some tickets for the family.
We have lots of friends wanting to come too.
