bYOUtanical

For an holistic approach to wellbeing and self-care, we'd like to introduce you to bYOUtanical, a one-stop, beautifully bespoke shop for all of your wellness needs.

Set up by Trowbridge-based Zara Rumsey who is an expert in medicinal herbs and botanicals, bYOUtanical sells everything from tinctures to help support immunity, ease period pain and soothe anxiety, to ‘Botanical Tees’ to help with everything from digestion to energy levels. She also has a beautiful range of self-care heroes, including face masks, exfoliators and ‘bath tees’ to help ease aching muscles.

bYOUtanical has a strong focus on self-care. The products are designed to help you make time for yourself and help you to feel like ‘you’ again – essential when we’re all so busy all the time. Carving time out to care for yourself is what Zara hopes the bYOUtanical offering will do for her clients.

The beauty of bYOUtanical is that all the products are made by Zara in her home studio here in Wiltshire, with the majority of the ingredients grown on her patio and then harvested and dried ready to be used. Anything she hasn’t reared herself is still British-grown and sustainably sourced, and none of Zara’s wealth of products contains more than five ingredients, so is well-suited for people with allergies. After she’s whipped them up, Zara’s products are all sent for cosmetic certificates, so you can rest assured the products are legitimate and safe for use.

As well as a stellar product range, bYOUtanical really comes to life with the video consultations that Zara offers to her clients. People come to Zara with issues ranging from chronic fatigue and migraines to menstrual issues and back pain and Zara uses her wealth of knowledge to recommend medicinal herbs and botanicals that could help with their specific issues.

Zara excels in researching new herbs if she doesn’t have a remedy that will help fit the bill, and encourages clients to return and try new remedies as she finds them. Zara’s method of healing looks at people as a whole to work out what will benefit them, with bespoke one to one sessions to help clients find the best route to wellness for them.

For anyone struggling, be it with physical or mental health, bYOUtanical should be on your radar. Among her homegrown tinctures, balms and bathroom buys, Zara might just have the answer.
