A one-stop-shop for all of your health and movement needs, the Hatt Health & Movement Clinic offers everything from physiotherapy to rehabilitation, manual therapy to gait analysis, podiatry services, Pilates and strength and movement classes.
Everyone who steps through the clinic’s doors starts their journey with a one-to-one consultation with a specialist to assess their needs, identify their issue and help set end goals. The Hatt Health & Movement Clinic’s experts are skilled at getting to the heart of what’s causing you pain, or holding you back from hitting your goals. They’ll craft a bespoke programme to get you feeling your best, fittest and healthiest self, and help avoid recurrence of injury.
Speaking to the clinic, we were intrigued to learn that many clients are unaware of the root cause of their pain. For example, you might go into the clinic with back pain and find it’s your gait that created the issue. The Hatt Health & Movement Clinic takes an holistic approach to patient health, with the clinicians working closely together and sharing their expertise to provide a seamless journey for patients as they work towards their health and movement goals.
One thing that also struck us when we chatted to the Hatt Health & Movement Clinic is just how specific you can make your goals. Whether you want to get fit enough to join the local running club, get strong enough to go on a ski holiday or improve your performance at a particular sport or hobby, they can help. Each of your sessions will be designed for your current level of fitness and tailored to help you work towards your specific goal.
Your journey at the Hatt Health & Movement Clinic always starts with a 1:1. If you’re in pain or have an injury, they’ll map out a personalised treatment plan so you know what to expect moving forward.
If you don’t need treatment but want to work towards your physical goals in a safe and encouraging environment then their Pilates and Strength and Movement classes could be for you. With classes of up to four people, you’ll receive close individual attention whether you’re a Hatt Pilates member, or you attend classes as and when your schedule allows. Whichever services you choose to benefit from, you can be sure that their multidisciplinary team of specialists will work closely together to get you the very best results.
