Reader Treats Just For You!

£500 of stylish Winser swag to be won!

What do we want? A new autumn wardrobe! When do we want it? NOW! Enter our ace comp and you could be in luck.

Me. Poncho. Want.

It’s getting chilly, there’s no sign of an Indian summer and our manky flip flops have been binned. So who fancies going shopping for new season goodies then? You’re in luck – we’re thrilled to announce a brand new competition to reboot your wardrobe for autumn. I recently did a talk on fashion with the fragrant and flippin’ talented Kim Winser (I know, get me!),  the founder and CEO of Winser London, who basically invented Autograph for M&S and also worked her magic at Aquascutum, Pringle of Scotland and Agent Provocateur. Anyway, I persuaded her to divest of a £500 gift voucher for a Muddy reader to send at her chic brand. Not only will the team kit you out beautifully, they’ll show you how to wear your new goodies too – the prize also includes, should you fancy it, a personal styling session at either the Marlow or Gerrard’s Cross boutique, complete with a celebratory glass of fizz.
For those of you not familiar with the brand (er, where have you been?!) Winser London excels at soft cashmere knitwear and scarves, well-cut trench coats and chic officewear, but may we also draw your attention to the super-duper Miracle range? This edited collection of day dresses, pencil skirts and trousers come in versatile neutral shades and are all insanely flattering. How does it work? We don’t know, it’s a miracle!
Er, actually we do know – it’s all in clever cutting and their nifty double-knit jersey fabrics. We’re hankering after this sleek 3/4 length sleeve dress in burgundy (a key AW17 colour, no less) with its clever orange colour-blocking stripe. The vertical line adds both a certain jazziness and it’s slimming too. And those perfectly tailored cropped trousers will take you from work to school run to party, depending on how you style them. (We can’t promise they’ll transform you into the model below, but even miracles have their limits, OK?)

Capri Trousers (£79), Pencil Skirt (£89) & Hourglass Dress (£150)

 HOW TO ENTER

Wanna win? Course you do! And entering is easy peasy. There are four ways – and the more ways you enter, the greater you’re chance of winning. Here’s how – one, sign up to the newsletter, or two, three and four – be sociable and follow, comment and share on the Muddy FBInstagram and twitter saying why you want to win £500 of Winser clobber.

Please note: Even if you’re signed up to the newsletter already, you need to sign up again to enter – but don’t worry, you won’t get two sets of newsletters. By signing up to the Muddy Stilettos newsletter to enter this competition, you will also be signed up to the Winser London newsletter but you can unsubscribe at any time.

The closing date is midnight 1 October and a winner will be announced when I remember to do it – *cough*, er, I mean on Mon 2 Oct!

Good luck, fashion mavens, go forth and conquer AW17.

    Hi
Firstly, what a great competition. I love it 🙂

If I were to win this fab prize, I would use it as a mother and daughter day.

I live in Salisbury and my daughter lives nearly two hours away up in Daventry. She is a young mum of two beautiful boys James and Jack.
Jack was supposed to have started school earlier this month. He has learning difficulties and although he has surprised us all by walking and talking he still needs some extra help with every day to day tasks.

She amazes me every day with how strong and independent she is, (I wonder where she gets that from?) Laura works part-time and has recently qualified as a fitness instructor as her dream is to get back to teaching school children PE as most infant and junior schools outsource this these days, I never knew, it wasn’t like that in my day.

She has met a new chap, John who is absolutely brilliant with her children as he has a 12 year old as well, I think he gets the ups and downs that goes along with being a parent.

This would be an amazing prize to win, and to spend some very special time with her. She doesn’t get much “me” time.

Thanks for listening, keep up the good work 🙂
    Karen
