Art and Conflict: Works from the Swindon Collection, Swindon Museum & Art Gallery, Swindon, to Sat 1 Dec

Don’t miss this wonderful exhibition – the Art and Conflict collection reflects six artists interpretations of war and conflict, all coming from the Swindon collection of Modern British Art. These drawings are paired with Cicatrix, which displays the story of Wiltshire during World War 1 in a contemporary art form. Mwah, ha, ha! Literature’s most infamous vampire swoops into the Cheltenham stage to bite necks, drink blood and avoid all wooden stakes and garlic. The Everyman kicks off this nine-week tour of thrilling tales, gothic staging and blood-thirsty characters, just in time for Halloween.
