What’s on telly
TELEVISION
In self-isolation and trying to make do with cupboard staples? Lucky for you, the Naked Chef himself has whipped up a brand new show specifically aimed at those in self-isolation. Jamie: Keep Cooking And Carry On starts Mon 23 Mar at 5.30pm on Channel 4 and will run every night this week.

Great news for parents looking to keep the kids entertained while you work from home – Disney+, Disney’s Netflix-style streaming service, arrives in the UK on Tues 24 Mar (not a minute too soon). Not only will you have access to Disney’s entire back catalogue, but the service includes titles from Marvel, Pixar, Fox, and National Geographic, as well as hit Star Wars series The Mandalorian (or, er, The World According to Jeff Goldblum, if that’s more your speed). Seven day free trial – time it wisely!
We could all use a laugh right now, so tune in to Dave on Tues 24 Mar at 9pm for their new charity stand-up show Comedy Against Living Miserably, in collaboration with charity CALM, the Campaign Against Living Miserably.
Amazon Prime are offering a 30-day free trial while Netflix and Now TV are both offering 7-day free trials. That’s six weeks of free media to tide you over, plus you can sync services online to watch together with friends and family.
