<p>Chef Jake Simpson was formerly head chef at Soho’s Bocca di Lupo, and now he’s cooking up a storm at The Rectory Hotel. The five-course monthly supper clubs are a hot ticket, so pop 6 March in your diaries now (£60pp). To tempt your tastebuds, the menu includes crab and scallop ravioli, wild monkfish with brown shrimp and and brown butter cake with rhubarb and almond. I&#8217;m in!</p>

<p>Stalls café supper club is turning Thai on 27 Feb, with a banquet that sounds frankly divine. Chef Sunny Sin will be dishing up the likes of ribeye weeping tiger, red curry crispy rice salad and beef massaman curry. Better come hungry! <p>This year movie director Guy Ritchie is once again opening up the lakeside WildKitchen at Ashcombe, his Wiltshire estate. This year’s series of dinners kicks off in May, with a Michelin star-studded line-up that includes Alex Nietosvuori (Hjem) and Andy Beynon (Behind). With only 16 guests each time, this is a pretty exclusive affair. Fancy making a weekend of it? Book a two-night stay at his farmhouse too. Heaven.</p>

<p>Vaughan’s Cookery School is pretty legendary in these parts, and their seasonal pop-up feasts sell out fast. Held in the barn at Owl Lodge in Lacock, you’ll dive into fresh, mouth-watering flavours, set to live music. <p>Whatley’s restaurant, The Dining Room, rightly retained its Michelin twinkler this year, and head chef Ricki Weston will be showcasing his skills to just 16 guests on 19<sup>th</sup> March. You’ll be seated around the open kitchen in the Green Room, watching as Ricki and his team cook and plate a five-course feast in front of you. It’s a pretty epic chance to see a talented team in action, and you’ll get to fire the odd question at them too. <p>If you haven’t sampled Iford Manor’s restaurant, then get your name down quick for one of their Friday night supper clubs. You’ll find the next five-course feasts on 28<sup>th</sup> Feb, 14<sup>th </sup>March, 28<sup>th</sup> March, 11<sup>th</sup> April and 25<sup>th</sup> April. Phew. Expect a tasting menu from award-winning Head Chef, Matthew Briddon and his team. For £70 per person, enjoy a welcome glass on arrival and soak in the live music as you dine on treats like confit pollock, cucumber mooli, wasabi yoghurt and pickled cauliflower.</p>

<p>Not strictly a supper club, but The Duke at Hilmarton has kicked off steak night Thursday. This great gastro pub has quickly made a name for itself thanks to its innovative menu and exceedingly quaffable cocktails. Now, Brandon and Matteo are putting on 28-day Dry-aged steaks, fresh from nearby Lackham. More of a surf and turf fan? You’re free to add fresh seafood from Brixham into the mix.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading" id="h-sign-of-the-angel-lacock"><a href="https://www.signoftheangel.co.uk/events" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Sign of the Angel</a>, Lacock</h2>



<p>Lacock&#8217;s <a href="https://www.instagram.com/p/DBZPrjPMH-s/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Sign of The Angel </a>&nbsp;made inroads into monthly supper clubs last year, and they’ve been a storming success. Held on the 3<sup>rd</sup> Thursday of each month, this is a traditional communal supper, with everyone sitting around one long, candlelit table. Previous themes include shellfish and game (not together), while this month sees a five-course homage to <a href="https://www.instagram.com/p/DFpZIqTBdNL/">spice</a> (£49).Yum!</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading" id="h-pythouse-kitchen-garden-tisbury"><strong><a href="https://www.pythousekitchengarden.co.uk/eat-the-equinox-special" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Pythouse Kitchen Garden,</a></strong> Tisbury</h2>



<p>Pythouse Kitchen Garden won a coveted Michelin Green Star this year, and for good reason. This idyllic 18<sup>th</sup> Century garden restaurant showcases the very best in sustainable cuisine, in a gorgeous setting. Their Savour the Seasons parties are also hugely popular, so keep tabs here for announcements about the next one. It should take place at the end of March, when the spring equinox strikes. Think long tables, botanical cocktails and a three course feast from chef Darren Broom. Better come hungry.</p>
