If you covet candles, wax melts and diffusers and love supporting kitchen-table start-ups, then welcome to the world of O L I V Homewares and their beautiful array of aromas. With chic, neutral branding and amber glass pots that appeal to everyone, the brand is the brainchild of partners Oliver and Olivia – hence O L I V.

Having started as a hobby in 2020, before moving on to selling at markets and now having their own workshop and shop in Lacock, this cool candle business has an unusual range of signature scents like Egyptian Amber, Cuban Tobacco and Oak, Tuscan Leather and Peony and Blush Suede. But don’t worry if you’re a classic floral lover – they also have Ylang Ylang and Rose & Geranium in their perfumery too. What’s more their candles are sustainable – they’re vegan, made from soy wax and the glass containers come with lids so you can use them as storage pots afterwards.

However, it’s not only candles, wax melts and diffusers that they sell. O L I V run workshops in person and make wholesale candle orders (we’ve seen some in The Foxham, near Chippenham).  They also stock gift boxes plus stylish, rustic-style homewares – from hand towels to tealight holders – on their easy-to-use website and in their store.
