<p>With its roaring fire, velvety seats and luxe lounges, The Manor House in Castle Combe is pretty magical. It’s also a great place to celebrate Mother’s Day, with a fabulous afternoon tea menu. For £45, expect tiered cake stands piled high with precision-cut sandwiches, warmed scones and epic cakes. <p>Larmer Tree Gardens are pretty gorgeous, with all those peacocks wandering about. Head there on Mother’s Day for a full afternoon tea, including cakes, scones and sandwiches (crusts off, of course). Musician Simon Woodley will be tinkling away on the piano too. <p>Get into the Mother&#8217;s Day spirit a smidge early, with an evening of vase painting and bouquet making at the Little Pottery Co on 20th March. Lottie from Wild Thoughts Floristry will show you how to arrange your flowers, while the pottery pros will pass on their tips and tricks.
