<p>This glorious off-grid spot, created by sisters-in-law Laura and Zoë, is a Muddy Award winner &#8211; and for good reason. Tucked away on farmland in Braydon, it boasts spectacular views across rolling countryside. When the heat gets too much, hop into the rolltop bath to cool off. Choose from private sessions, group bookings or immersive sauna rituals featuring ice, herbal infusions and music. You can also combine your sauna session with yoga in the nearby tent.</p>

<p>You’ll find this peaceful retreat tucked away at Chaldicott Farm in Semley, with sweeping views over woodland and wildflowers, plus the chance to spot birdlife and even the odd hare. When the heat gets a little too intense, cool off in one of the Urban Tribe ice baths, set to a bracing 4 or 10 degrees. Afterwards, reward yourself with coffee and cake at nearby Compton McRae. Think wood-fired heat, wild swims, cold dips and serious Scandi vibes, all wrapped up in a stunning countryside setting. It’s open on Fridays and weekends for private and communal sessions. Afterwards, pop to Wild Herb café across the field for fantastic brunch, lunch or coffee.</p>
