The family-run business has been furnishing homes for more than 60 years, and the choice of fabrics and wallpapers is enough to make any interiors fan giddy with excitement. You’ll find hundreds of rolls to rifle through, plus books from an impressive roster of big-name brands including Andrew Martin, Colefax & Fowler, Designers Guild, Harlequin, Osborne & Little, Nina Campbell, Romo, Linwood, Thibaut, Sanderson, William Morris and Zoffany. Phew, and we’ve barely scratched the surface. Little wonder interiors fans make the trip from across Wiltshire, Berkshire, Hampshire, Oxfordshire, Gloucestershire and the Cotswolds.

Can’t find the exact print you’ve been obsessing over? The team will do its best to track it down. And once you’ve finally settled on a favourite, D&R can take care of the practical stuff too. Its curtain, blind and soft-furnishings service covers measuring, making and fitting, right down to hanging and dressing everything perfectly. There’s also a huge selection of poles, tracks, trimmings and clever automated systems, plus the showroom is home to sofas, chairs, tables, headboards, lamps, cushions and accessories, displayed in roomsets ripe for inspo.
