Inside The Old Town Laundry Bar, it’s all dark corners, velvety seats and theatrical mixology. And the cocktails really are works of art. Think gin combos served in vintage teapots, smoky numbers with a side of pyrotechnics, and garnishes that wouldn’t look out of place in a sweet shop. The drinks menu changes regularly, but expect inventive flavour combos, dramatic presentation and a lot of fun.

Saturdays are extra special at the Old Town Laundry Bar thanks to Tipsy Tea. This cake-fuelled extravaganza is a boozy twist on afternoon tea, with bottomless cocktails or Prosecco. Of course you’ll tuck into dainty sandwiches, scones and sweet treats too, all served on a tiered stand.
