A hive of culture
Is it a gallery? A cafe? Artists studios? It's all three, and more - Muddy just loves the cool and quirky Fisherton Mill in Salisbury
Perfect for a summer jaunt, we are loving Fisherton Mill in the heart of Salisbury. It’s a gallery, a cafe and a whole cluster of working artists’ studios too, all fashioned out of an old Victorian Mill building, complete with beamed ceilings and cast iron pillars. It’s a truly unique space where you can pick through art, crafts and unusual presents to your heart’s content. Just don’t bring the kids – they won’t let you leave without a whole sack full of goodies in their sweaty little palms! We particularly love the gorgeous ceramic brooches by Katy Pai and the lambswool throws, and the Mudlets went mad for their crafting kits.
Oh, and don’t forget to grab some grub at The Cafe – all homemade and gorgeously healthy, of course.
